Burnt & Co., brought to you by The KARLS Group of renown Beta & Skillet restaurants, is a full-fledged open kitchen affair with the team preparing immaculately the profound taste of the smokiness dishes at the Chef table utilising the Josper charcoal oven and grill, burnt in different ways to get a variety of flavours using sustainable wood sourced locally from Sarawak's mangroves.

Chef Raymond Tham and his Team at Burnt & Co. had prepared a bespoke mouthwatering off-menu led by Chef Ken Jong for this evening's specially-crafted degustiazione menu with wine pairings from both Old and New Worlds to pique your palate!
