In collaboration with CASSIS Restaurant and Di Tullio & Sons, Connect PRKL is thrilled to bring you 'A Parfait 2020 Nocturne' @ CASSIS for our Wine Aficionados - Season 47! This specially-curated fine dining gastronomic experience will feature 6 wine labels over an impressive modern French dégustation menu by Chef Kenneth & Sous Chef Eugene at this Contemporary European restaurant in the heart of TTDI.
The private evening will begin with two unusual, elegant premium Champagnes made from Pur Pinot Noir and the other Blanc de Noirs varietals, followed by four fine 2020 vintage Burgundy wine labels - 2 whites and 2 reds, which were meticulously selected by our very own Malaysian and devout winemaker, vinter and sommelier, Nicolas Di Tullio, for pairings with each of the sumptuous dishes.
