In collaboration with CASSIS Restaurant and Di Tullio & Sons, Connect PRKL is thrilled to bring you 'A Parfait 2020 Nocturne' @ CASSIS for our Wine Aficionados - Season 47!  This specially-curated fine dining gastronomic experience will feature 6 wine labels over an impressive modern French dégustation menu by Chef Kenneth & Sous Chef Eugene at this Contemporary European restaurant in the heart of TTDI.

The private evening will begin with two unusual, elegant premium Champagnes made from Pur Pinot Noir and the other Blanc de Noirs varietals, followed by four fine 2020 vintage Burgundy wine labels - 2 whites and 2 reds, which were meticulously selected by our very own Malaysian and devout winemaker, vinter and sommelier, Nicolas Di Tullio, for pairings with each of the sumptuous dishes. For champagne lovers and Chardonnay and Pinot Noir oenophiles, this will truly be a perfect Champagne and Bourgogne experience that cannot be missed!

Burgundy 2020, being lauded as an exceptional year for Bourgogne wines and considered as ‘almost a dream vintage’, is an excellent vintage that one should snap up while one can. The vintage, which is being sold en primeur, has been universally praised. According to London merchant Fine+Rare, 2020 produced some magnificent wines, with exceptional balance, freshness and full fruit maturity, yet that also remain very Burgundian in style.
