This is truly magical and exciting as we embark on another new journey! Mr. Dexter Ng, Aberfeldy's Brand Ambassador hailing from Taiwan, will be our host for the evening starting at 730pm with a crafted whisky cocktail to set the mood. Such whisky events will be somehow differentiated from the typical wine ones due to more injection of the Brand DNA itself supported by the whisky Ambassador and stronger marketing activation to boost the ambiance and the experience itself. 

We are proud to commence our 1st whisky series with Aberfeldy on 19 June 2024 at the Jade Pavilion Restaurant of Pavilion Hotel by Banyan Tree, where we will be presenting the prestigious 12, 16 and 21 years old single malt whiskies paired with delightful modern Chinese Cantonese cuisine. An excellent whisky pairing dinner differentiated from the traditional pairing dinners with greater focus on the branding itself.

The exclusively-curated Cantonese gourmet degustation menu will feature crafted dishes of Jade Pavilion’s signature creations, which we have selected to pair beautifully with the differently aged whiskies, concluding with a dark chocolate dessert paired with the Aberfeldy 21years old. We believe that our joint bespoke lifestyle tenureships, knowledge and commitment to refined experiences will bring you this memorable fabulous and unique evening.
