This is an exclusive deep-dive into Chianti and traditional Italian culinary with Master Chef Giovanni who will be preparing succulent Italian classics, perfect for pairings with Castello Di Querceto's large selection of labels -- all Premium quality from Chianti Classico DOCG to the top of their range.
The evening will commence with an introduction of Chianti wines, Sangiovese grape varietal and key tasting notes, most of which express great sophistication and considerably full body, high tannins characteristics -- typical of wines that possess very good aging potentials. When opened a couple of hours prior to dinner, you'll find that these wines settle beautifully into the glass.
