On this evening, you will discover how's best to truly enjoy Alba truffle and what dishes are most suitable for incorporating white truffles. As a rule of thumb, rich foods that are soft-textured and plainly seasoned such as pastas, eggs, and risotto are perfect vehicles for white truffles.
