On this evening, you will discover how best to enjoy amazing flavours of Sri Lanka and what choices of wines are perfectly paired for such strong, yet pleasant and zesty dishes!Â
Each dish will be delicately prepared by The Cinnamon Group's best Chefs in the city, paired with a selection of elegant whites and earthy reds from very renowned Domaines in The Rhône Valley, namley René Roustaing, Château La Nerthe Châteauneuf-du-Pape, M.Chapoutier and J Drouhin, with a special Colombo's very own, dry London gin-tonic cocktail to kick-off the evening when you arrive!
