In collaboration with Executive Chef Keith Hooker of St. Regis, Connect PRKL brings you the 'Magie de La Bise' Northern Rhône Wine Dinner; another unique Club Privé bespoke gastronomic private fine dining experience exclusively at the DECANTER Private Dining Room.
Enjoy a number of impeccably-curated dishes paired with some of the world’s most sought-after Northern Rhône wine labels from Côte-Rôtie and Ermitage. The evening of 'Magie de La Bise' wine dinner will feature a 5-Course menu paired with classic French labels from this region, starting with a welcoming decadence of Dom Pérignon Brut Champagne 2010 for the finest in palate!
The La Bise winds blowing from the north through the Northern Rhône give the grapes and vines in this classic French region the magicality of the wines produced from the Northern Rhône Valley. These wines can be quite hard to find as producers make them in extremely limited quantities…
