Connect PRKL's Wine Aficionados will present a Ligurian Style culinary journey where classics of the riviera are exclusively selected, to be prepared by Executive Chef Matteo Pascale for this one-night-only enchanting experience!
Dolce Vita (means “sweet life” in Italian / the good life perceived as one of physical pleasure and self-indulgence) -- is an intimate and cosy Italian restaurant helmed by its owner Keli (Mikelian) of Portofino Group and operated by his brother Kristi. Today, this is where Executive Chef Matteo, hailing from the stunning Italian region of Liguria and who has a Michelin-starred experience in fine dining restaurants in Milan, London and Amsterdam, cooks a storm of gastronomy inspirations on the ground floor of Nexus in Bangsar South.
This specially-curated "Enchanting Ligurian Riviera" authentic Italian culinary experience will begin with a beautiful Vermentino from Sardinia, followed by a collection of Ligurian classic dishes paired with two fabulous Super Tuscans jewels of Petrolo Galatrona & Siepi, including a Burgundy-like label by Marchesi Antinori!

An established partnership between Portofino Group Malaysia & Kristi Jositi, with over ten years of experience in Italy, he's mastered the skill of authentic pizza making. Now pursuing a new business & culinary career in Malaysia, he hopes to offer customers a little piece of Italy with every bite of Dolce Vita's gourmet pizzas.
