Don't miss this exclusive all-night-long of Drappier champagnes experience paired with a hearty 8-Course authentic Peruvian Degustación de Menú creatively-curated with Executive Chef Franco Aldana from Peru! Come early to mingle and savor deliciously concocted Chilcano de Champaña cocktails prepared by amazing mixologist Suruj Babu, formerly from PS150, made with Drappier champagnes just for this evening! We will commence dinner with a live-broadcast from the vineyards of Drappier in Champagne, France -- a champagne talk specially arranged for us by Vin du Vin!
