With over 12 years of culinary expertise, Chef Tenesh offers a diverse range of flavors on the table. Tenesh honed his craft in mastering the art of pasta-making in Italy and perfecting delicate French pastries. His passion for food extends to capturing the essence of local cuisines, with each dish telling a story that blends global techniques with an authentic touch.

About Victoire Régent:
Victoire Régent is French, and currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is passionate about wines and international and multicultural exchanges. After studying Business Administration in France, she graduated with a Master of Management at IÉSEG School of Management. During her studies she did several exchanges and internships in the Food & Beverage sector, in France but also in Mexico, Portugal and Spain.She worked at a Champagne company based in Paris, and at a high-end liquor company in Italy. Victoire is now the Global Marketing & Export Manager for Bemberg Estate Wines. She joined the company two years ago and is responsible for the 23 countries in which the brand operates worldwide.
