Given Chef Angie’s two and a half decades long of Spanish-influenced culinary experiences, and having owned and cooked cuisines at her former KL restaurants - namely, the Flamenco, Sentidos and D'vine (25 years ago), it is of no surprise this is the latest venture of the Chef, extending into an all-round European restaurant after her role as the General Manager of EQ’s Sabayon.
