About the Event
Old World Wines vs New World Wines, this is always a good question to ask Wine Lovers. With this question in mind, we have decided to organize a New World Wines dinner menu, an unique opportunity to taste prime grapes from South Africa, US, Chile, Argentina, Australia to New Zealand.
To organize this degustation menu, we collaborated with a Premium Dining Venue headed by The Talented Chef Raymond Tan and decided on a unique "Crossover of Beta X Skillet" crafted for one-day featuring only.
We believe the New World Wines in many occasions pairs better with a modern fusion cuisine characterized by herbs and spicy such the Modern Malaysian crafted touch of Chef Raymond.
