About the Event

Sabayon is a Western Contemporary fine dining concept restaurant, well-established in terms of reputation and performance since its opening a couple of years ago.

The degustation menu will consist of a culinary journey with fresh ingredients crafted and curated by the Resident Chef and his Team. Interesting enough eventhough Sabayon is not a French restaurant, the wine pairing will be entirely French. For the wine selection, we aimed for the best combinations and this is the end result. I guess for the French wine lovers this is great news, eh?

It will be another journey among famous Old World wine regions in France starting with Champagne, followed by a Burgundy Meursault red Premier Cru, a Châteauneuf-du-Pape white, followed by the 3rd wine of Chateau La Tour, Pauillac to end with Sauternes by Michel Lynch.

The menu is extremely refined with a couple of sumptuous dishes prepared exclusively by Resident Chef for this special menu.

If you have not dined-in at Sabayon yet, this is the best opportunity to experience a sumptuous 5-courses meal with a well curated wine pairing menu at a great value as the usual 5-courses menu is typically priced at RM538net without pairing of any beverages. The price is extremely of great value considering we will serve 6 wine labels paired with a 5-course degustation dinner.
