Come wine & dine with Connect PRKL's next Wine Aficionados : Season 47 networking culinary experience where a bespoke Signature Series menu exclusively curated by the legendary & distinguished Chef Daniel Cheong (formerly at Cilantro and Sage Restaurants) will be presented at KL's next most innovative French-Japanese fine dining cuisine venue!

Here, you will witness an extravagant panoramic view from the Skydeck of ROMANi Fine Dining on the 34th floor, the highest level of the AVANTÉ Hotel (next door to 1Utama) in Bandar Utama, Selangor. Known as the biggest two-in-one concept rooftop in Malaysia, this immaculate setting for fine dining at ROMANi is Selangor's latest sophisticated spot that boasts opulent setting from the elegant table arrangement, finest wine bottles on display, plush comfortable seatings to the magnficent rooftop ambience. 

At his latest fine dining restaurant, you can find Chef Daniel working his magic in a white-marbled open kitchen area. His passion, brilliant talent and years of experience in innovating dishes made him the highlight of the establishment, with some of his current creations including the Confit of Muscovy Duck Leg with Foie Gras & Balsamico Reduction and the Australian Wagyu MB7 Striploin with Yuzu Kosho. From preparation to presentation, his experience and expertise are evident throughout his Signature Series menu.

With the freshest, finest top ingredients sourced from around the world -- i.e. truffles, foie gras to his amazing Japanese concoctions of sauces ranging from Caviar & Kombu Soy, Shiro Miso to Yuzu Kosho; every bite of Chef Daniel's exquisitely prepared and decadently presented creations are sure to heighten your senses and elevate your taste buds!
