About the Event

Stoked Restaurant & Bar, a Copenhagen Noma-inspired restaurant under the Vintry Group of Restaurants, serves wood and charcoal grilled prime meats and seafood using the freshest produce cooked in Asia's first Bertha Cast-Iron Charcoal Oven from England.

This restaurant boasts its freshest and best of ingredients by infusing the 'Locavore' philosophy, namely sourcing locally grown, seasonal produce available at farmers' markets and backyard gardens, ranging from fresh meats, seafood and vegetables into its synergistic harmony Noma-inspired dishes.

We are very excited to bring Stoked’s charcoal-and-firewood-fuelled gastronomic experience where dishes are prepared with meticulousness and conscientiousness, and food flavours are elevated with kisses of char and smokiness yet sealed in moistness and essential flavours using the unique Bertha charcoal oven method. 

The grilled meats take center stage in Stoked's menu offerings with chilled prime cuts of steaks as well as off-cuts, which are known as 'Butcher's Cuts' as these are usually the cuts that butchers keep for themselves!

The evening's specially-crafted degustation menu will feature wine pairings from France, with one Italian label just to challenge your France vs. Italy palate as Wine Aficionados always do! Of course, we willl commence with an elegant sparkling, this time with magnum bottles of Pierre Gimonnet & Fils Blanc de Blancs Cuvée Cuis 1er Cru Brut Champagne

This special wine pairing dining experience is RM598.00*nett per person.
