Explore an exclusively-curated Aged Sherry Pairings with Brand Ambassador Rafael Delgado Ruz, Director Exportación, PEREZ BARQUERO, S.A. Montilla, Spain who will be guiding us through an exciting journey of tasting different types of sherry wines aged between 10 to 25 years from a number of styles -- dry wines, such as the crisp Finos, to sweet Pedro Ximénez!
Served over an authentic selection of tapas specially prepared by the kitchen of The Spanish Cellar by Victor Eduardo DeJesus & his son, Rafiq DeJesus, this unique evening will feature a wide selection of sherry wines made primarily from the Palomino white grapes.
