About the Event
Willow at W KL is a contemporary fine dining restaurant headed by Penang-born Head Chef Lroy Lim, who gained his culinary skills at 2-Star Michelin Domaine de Châteauvieux in Switzerland as well as Saint Pierre in Singapore. The restaurant is set in an emulating spring garden surrounded by tree blossoms and willlow cages brilliantly-lit in purple hues, permeating a vivid dining ambiance that one must see and enjoy!

The evening's specially-curated dégustation menu is innovatively-crafted and prepared exclusively by the Head Chef Lroy Lim and his Team, blending ingredients from across the world (spanning from mascarpone to lemongrass velouté, Sabah sea grapes, yuzu kosho, cumin spice, just to name a few) where those flavours are painstakingly tailored into mouth-watering contemporary dishes that resonate to any Malaysian's palate.
Our Season 35 wine dinner will commence with the elegant J.M. Labruyère “Prologue” Grand Cru Champagne where we will be serving 5 French wine labels paired with the 5-course dégustation dinner, ranging from Chablis to Margaux before finishing with a heavenly Sauternes!
